What counts as a user?
Anyone at the firm with a login. Most firms start with the finance and investor relations teams and add everyone else once they have seen it. You can add or remove users at any time.
Is there a minimum, or a contract?
No minimum number of users and no fixed term. It is monthly, you can cancel anytime, and nothing is left behind when you do.
Do you charge for skills, connectors or models?
No. Every pack, every skill we release, every connector and any MCP server you add are included. So is the Bloxii model when it is ready, alongside the other models your firm allows.
What if we want you to build our processes?
Two routes. A dedicated forward-deployed engineer on site, building and tuning your skills as part of your team, or we configure your tenant for you: connect your systems, tailor the packs, train the team. Both are priced on request. Many firms need neither, because skills are built in plain language and an AI champion at the firm can do it.
Where does our data go?
It is stored in the UK. Model processing is set per firm: keep your tenant entirely UK-only, so no prompt or output leaves the country, or enable the specific models a team needs. Your data is never used to train any model.
Which models can we use?
Bloxii's own private-capital model, fine-tuned from an open-weight base and hosted entirely in the UK, is ready in a few weeks. Until then and alongside it, your firm chooses from the models we host, including Claude on AWS London. Your admin sets the policy once and it applies to every user, skill and connection.
