Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 June 2026

Bloxii Limited ("Bloxii", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

Bloxii Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

  • Registered in England and Wales, company number 16099570.
  • Registered office: 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom.
  • Data contact: privacy@bloxii.com (or hello@bloxii.com).

What we collect

We only collect what you give us when you contact us. If you submit our contact form or email us, that may include your name, work email address, company name, and any details you choose to include about your firm or your enquiry. We do not collect special category data, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct a demo or discovery call, and follow up about that enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and pursuing business-to-business relationships; where you have actively asked us to contact you, we also rely on your consent. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") who handle data on our behalf under contract, including our website host (Vercel), our email provider (Resend), and our business email/inbox provider (Google Workspace). Personal data you submit may be stored within our infrastructure in the United Kingdom (AWS London, eu-west-2). Where any provider processes data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) are in place. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email privacy@bloxii.com (or hello@bloxii.com). You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not store tracking identifiers in your browser. Anything kept locally by your browser is strictly essential to how the site works and is not used to track you.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when.
